Your First Visit
Your new patient paperwork will be texted to you prior to your appointment so that you can fill it out before you arrive, but you’re also welcome to complete it here. You’ll always be greeted by name and with a warm smile before you’re taken back for a comprehensive exam that includes X-rays, 3D scans, and a thorough assessment of your oral health.
Dr. Ropi will make sure to take some time to walk you through his findings, making sure you understand everything clearly before recommending treatments and putting together your plan. Our helpful team is also more than happy to assist you with any insurance-related questions you have, as well as any other concerns that come up regarding treatment, follow-ups, or post-op care.
Dental Insurance
We are proud to be in-network with Delta Dental.
Dental insurance is different from medical insurance, and coverage can vary widely between plans. Because of this, there are many policies and group plans that we may not be able to fully verify or provide an exact breakdown for in advance.
To help make the process as smooth as possible, our team submits prior authorizations when needed and will always notify you before your appointment with an estimated copay whenever it can be determined. We also file claims with all insurance providers and help guide you in understanding your benefits and expected out-of-pocket costs.
If there are any remaining balances or additional costs, our team is here to walk you through flexible payment options and help you find a solution that works for you.

We also offer flexible monthly payment options, with plans starting as low as $20 per month for 12 months with no interest for those who qualify.
When prior approval is needed for financing, it is typically a soft credit check, which does not impact your credit score.
